ok, i popped out old hdd , installed larger one. installed fresh os , hooked my old hdd , started cherry picking wanted bring on new one... problem is, how go getting favorites on safari, opera , other browsers using? thought go library folder whichever browser..ect. dont see folders mention browser names....ect. not sure im missing when comes locating them.   buy external enclosure old drive, or use usb3/sata dock or dongle. then... ... boot old drive can access browsers "as left them" before installed new drive. safari bookmarks, you'll want re-open safari, export bookmarks. move file new drive, reboot new drive, , re-import bookmarks. think you'd want repeat process other browsers. i've noticed in home/library/safari folder there pref file named: bookmarks.plist i'm wondering if moving file directly "bring over" bookmarks? worth try, agai...

hi, wonder if can following problem. few years have been using old pmg5 running os x 10.5.8 server v1.1, stand alone timemachine backup server. it's worked fantastically backing our imacs, macbook etc internal hd. run 2008/9 imac 20/24" devices office use , these obsolete now, stuck on 10.11. devices applicable taking 10.12, have been upgraded through past 10 months etc. onto main point of thread. it's been pointed out in last week these devices have stopped backing tm. on further investigation i'm getting following error (see attached screenshot). i'm guessing gap difference between 10.5 , 10.12 great compatibility. else know work around. have 3 more server, first running 10.12 , other 2 running 10.11. have possibly using 1 of 10.11 servers pass through or second tm backup these newer devices refusing see newer server in tm prefs. in advance advice. can appreciate might not been easy one.   ...

i have iphone 4s , iphone 6, have 400mb , 1.25gb data plans, respectively. wi-fi assist turned off on iphone 6, , iphone 4s not support in first place. reset usage stats @ beginning of each billing month on both devices. iphone 6's reported cellular data usage more or less identical carrier reports; on other hand, iphone 4s's reported usage way off when compared carrier — as ~300mb off. both devices on wi-ifi day, , more 25–30 feet access point. have no reason believe wi-fi signal weak in house, never experience drop outs , have strong signal. in fact, have 2 access points in apartment make sure there no dead zones. contacted carrier , claim there nothing wrong on end. there way 4s using cellular data without me knowing it? @ point shut off cellular data on 4s when i'm @ home, i've seen chunks of data used (according carrier's stats) while on wi-fi. neither device jailbroken, have little reason believe malware @ play. ...
