my screen blinks while watching videos


i have 13" mbp 2015, , i'm on macos sierra (10.12.5 beta) i've been noticing weird blink/flash of distorted colors while watching video it's quick , unexpected!
changed browser (i using safari) , started using chrome , problem doesn't seem solved!
hope it's not hardware problem, because don't have apple store in country !!

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
