New Apple Park Drone Video Shows Off Last Minute Construction as Opening Draws Near

drone videographer matthew roberts has posted new video on youtube channel morning, covering ongoing progress of construction @ apple's soon-to-open campus, apple park. few weeks ago, roberts posted expected final update before apple park's grand opening, campus still hasn't opened doors employees few days left in april.

ever since apple officially announced name apple park in february, construction on site has ramped rapidly on ensuing weeks. today, solar panel installation on roof of central "spaceship" building appears complete, while courtyard of building still seeing major construction related large pond , surrounding greenery.

landscaping everywhere on campus has been expanding on past few weeks, so apple has caused tree shortages other companies in area. in roberts' newest video, it's evident there still time left apple's landscaping finished, end 9,000 native , drought-resistant trees spread across site.

continuation of landscaping, construction on of apple park's auxiliary buildings, continue summer, after apple moves first employees main building. while of side buildings complete -- parking garage -- few still have ways go, including new campus auditorium, has been named "steve jobs theater" in honor of late ceo.

once employees begin moving in, it's estimated take apple around 6 months move in workers coming apple park, number 13,000. earlier in april, well-known drone videographer, duncan sinfield, shared off video of apple park looks when it's lit @ night.
