Headphone & Microphone Bluetooth Adapter - HELP??


ok gang, need advice. work, on 27" imac 5k.

make calls living through browser based softphone. have pair of custom molded westone es20 iems headphones, , antlion modmic5 noise cancelling mic. both wired. have "y" adapter both plug , jack imac. works great, love it.

go wireless via bluetooth. there "best in class" bluetooth adapter can plug y-adapter , use iems , mic on bluetooth lowest latency possible? have use these iems (headphones) since molded ears , have drivers designed hearing difficulties. also, needs have amazing battery life, work 10 hours straight daily. not opposed using power pack if can charge while in use.

wish use airpods don't have battery life sustain 10 straight hours of use everyday without charging, , mic isn't noise cancelling enough , sound quality sucks.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
