Bookmarks question


ok, i popped out old hdd , installed larger one. installed fresh os , hooked my old hdd , started cherry picking wanted bring on new one... problem is, how go getting favorites on safari, opera , other browsers using?
thought go library folder whichever browser..ect. dont see folders mention browser names....ect.
not sure im missing when comes locating them.
 

buy external enclosure old drive, or use usb3/sata dock or dongle.

then...
... boot old drive can access browsers "as left them" before installed new drive.

safari bookmarks, you'll want re-open safari, export bookmarks.
move file new drive, reboot new drive, , re-import bookmarks.

think you'd want repeat process other browsers.

i've noticed in home/library/safari folder there pref file named:
bookmarks.plist
i'm wondering if moving file directly "bring over" bookmarks?
worth try, again, method above "known work".

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
