hello, running el capitan. have imovie 10.1.6 have been making movie slideshows photos , videos once or twice year kids' birthdays. got new computer after last slideshow movie. still working aperture (i know, time move on...) , using iphoto library within aperture. can see iphoto library listing on left side of imovie screen. now, isn't there. try connect photo library , nothing. libraries greyed out. see under imovie should open, iphoto, aperture, , photos libraries... isn't see black images, don't see library or have way connect photo library. help!!! thanks suppose update sierra. , shows on latest imovie (for el capitan @ least)   there may file permission issue. when last time computer restarted? may want try , repair disk via disk utility. 1 work around export photos want out of aperture folder. imovie should able import them folder.

so decided new ipad 2017 myself able use new ipad specific features coming along in ios 11. tried buy last night apple store app on iphone via apple pay , transaction got declined twice. contacted apple via chat support morning , suggested on first @ account , icloud details there seems no problem , advised me speak bank. contacted bank , after looking transaction failure logs came saying can see transaction being declined , reason mentioned - "apple policy". looks on apple end rather bank , customer service rep confirmed there no spending limit enforced on card either. went apple , after being on long hold couple of times manager came along , said forward case technical team have look. waiting me possibly on monday. nb - use apple pay on phone literally everyday contactless transactions , have used within apps justeat , asos without issues. i'm wondering ifanybody else had such issues , did resolve it.

i bought macbook pro in 2009. haven't replaced far except hard drive (ssd). that's pretty long life laptop , working charm until few days ago. using it, unplugged charger , laptop instantly stopped. couldn't turn on @ first, , thought died, when plugged charger in, able turn on. when use can't unplug charger. "about mac" section says: battery charge cycles: 1316 / battery status: replace now. understand battery dead normal given age of it. don't though working charm few days ago. mean battery last 6-8 hours easily, thought if battery died @ least see coming progressively. normal?   what normal 8yr old battery??? guess failure wasn't 1 of capacity decline if went terminal quickly. equally may have shorted between cells , electronics have shut down. id inclined scrap or repair pretty quickly, if chemical has happened don't want swell or worse if intend repai

hello everyone. have annoying problem in mac os high sierra. in finder have "recents" instead of "all files". problem - here s new logic, recents show files, opened, not added , before in "all files". way unusable me there option tune new feature? thank answers.   while looking @ folder can hit command-j bring view options.
