Auto CarPlay issues with 2017 chevy Impala


bought new car , when ever phone call air turns down on low. there no way turn fans up. live in texas , not thing. how can fix this?
 

you're going have contact dealership. car sensing have phone call incoming , silencing fans on low level you're able hear call. if there not setting through carplay system adjust this, it's through auto update through software.
