Transfer files from iPad to iPhone via Bluetooth?


i need able create text document on ipad , transfer iphone without wifi. there way using bluetooth? found reference app called file manager apparently had function @ 1 point, seems require cloud or email access. ideas?
 

should file transfer apps using bluetooth in app store,search "file transfer"

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
