so decided new ipad 2017 myself able use new ipad specific features coming along in ios 11. tried buy last night apple store app on iphone via apple pay , transaction got declined twice.
contacted apple via chat support morning , suggested on first @ account , icloud details there seems no problem , advised me speak bank.
contacted bank , after looking transaction failure logs came saying can see transaction being declined , reason mentioned - "apple policy". looks on apple end rather bank , customer service rep confirmed there no spending limit enforced on card either.
went apple , after being on long hold couple of times manager came along , said forward case technical team have look. waiting me possibly on monday.
nb - use apple pay on phone literally everyday contactless transactions , have used within apps justeat , asos without issues.
i'm wondering ifanybody else had such issues , did resolve it.
that's pretty weird, i've done purchases in past through app computers , such. card type (credit/debit), network (visa/mc/amex/discover/interac/unionpay), , issuing bank?
