Which macbook for light development


hello m new forum , hope right place question.
want buy first mac book , 2017 models think right ones.
use case scenario this.
m doing master in software engineering , want laptop doing development outside work-space.
have pc in office need study,code or use potential job have go client , work there.currently m doing java , android studio ll start developing ios apps. stuff heavy procedure android emulator need mac run smoothly (i need answer based on that). also, u find touch-bar useful in development? can u put shortcuts there or else ?
m gravitating towards 13inch reduced price find 128gigs small . maybe 13inch 256 8gigs of ram i5cpu nontouchbar ? m worried screen size 13" enough? new 12"macbook smaller form factor tempting though screen 12"

the 13 inch 256 gb have been choice. touch bar not useful if you're used windows pc anyway. might apple magic mouse.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
