Autofill in Safari 11.0 now wrong


since upgrading safari 11.0, autofill no longer using correct information on rmbp. it's pulling photo, phone number, , address changed on 5 years ago. also, offers "customize..." option click on autofill icon in form field.

i've tried following:
1) toggled autofill in safari on/off
2) deleted , recreated me contact card
3) tested on iphone (which uses correct info)

has else experienced issue? it's not show-stopper, super irritating.
 

same problem here. unable find fix either.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
