and having 1st gen ipp 12.9, think i'm 1 of can't go without larger screen size of 12.9. had thought difference in size between 9.7 , 10.5 ipp noticeable , 10.5 middle ground between 9.7 , 12.9. think 10.5 still in small side me. have been used 12.9 screen. love using video viewing, surfing web, , mult-tasking nice 2 same size of 9.7 ipad screen. 10.5 not considerably lighter 12.9. time 12.9 feels heavier if hold in landscape mode time. when im on toilet, don't use 12.9 in orientation when viewing content. hold portrait orientation , weight doesn't bother me. orientation still enough screen people say. it's equivalent of having regular ipad in landscape mode screen right below. apple pencil performance on 10.5 nice me, not head , shoulders above performance on 1st gen 12.9. in closing, think i'll keeping 12.9 or may newer 12.9. bet promotion screen , true nice @ screen size. else feel way after trying out 10.5?

hi. i've purchased apple care + iphone 7 plus bought in december 2016 (in uk). dropped phone in underground floor , have hairline crack that, thankfully, doesn't affect screen (it's in bezel area). ocd telling me use first accidental coverage change screen 30 gbp. unsure, though, if count against 2 accidental coverages i'd receive apple care +. remember reading somewhere (maybe here on macrumors) both battery replacements , simple screen replacments wouldn't count against apple care + 2 uses. i've read elsewhere (including apple's official page) these screen replacements discounted against 2 accidental damage coverage... can share experience here me? thank you, in advance.   if pay 30 gbp count against applecare 2 uses. if pay full price screen, maybe 100 won't. use applecare this. that's for.   Forums

i have 1 terabyte hard drive (not ssd) use time machine backups. macbook pro has 256 gig ssd , i'd rather not make smaller. right now, i'm booting windows off usb3.0 thumb drive, there's not can install, owing size. wondering if it'd possible partition time machine drive 2, 700 gig partition time machine , 300 gig partition bootcamp. work? tried googling , couldn't find relevant. thanks!   finally got around doing it. turns out had reformat drive change mbr guid after that, allotted 250 gigs bootcamp partition , 750 time machine/general use. works fine. thing don't moving hard drive. it's platter suspended in fudge - it's freaking slow compared ssd i've gotten used to!   Forums Macs Windows, Linux & Others on the Mac
