iPhone5.0 data ok, voice busted


using gps iphone5 unscheduled restart. displays no reception bars.
seems phone can cellar data & wifi email, text, surf can not send receive voice phone calls.
next day verizon pushes service update phone

verizon tech support dear in head lights
did bunches of resets inc network reset too
got new sim card w/o results

2 days later, @ location next cell tower. cycled settings->general->cellar->phone = on/off/on , phone on mighty verizon voice network. problem fixed.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
