Upgrade to 13 inch 15/16 or 15 inch 2015 mbp?

hello everybody.

looking advise go next, coming 2009 macbook.

except internet use lightroom working 25 mb pics on average.

in future buying 24-27 inch external monitor max resolution 2560x1440

options are

1. go 13 inch non touchbar 2016 stock model or 13 inch 2015 model 256 gb sdd

2. spend little more , go 15 inch 2015 stock model.

know

1. 15 inch overkill want 16 gb ram , safe money , spend on better monitor?
2. speed difference between 13 , 15 models huge difference in lightroom?
3. 13 inchs powerfull enough external monitor lighroom. without lags
