2015 MBP 13" i7 Heat Issues


hi,

have had computer 2 years 2015 mbp 13" i7 has consistently been hot. after looking around think temperature way out of 'normal' temperature range (consistently >120), example, running around 125 while cpu @ 10-20%. fortunately, computer still under applecare. have had fan break on me , had replaced @ apple store.
questions are:
sanity check, abnormal, correct?
there fix can make?
there apple can fix problem/does warrant replacement?

 

125 c? if so, way out of spec , take apple. 125 f fine.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
