Apple laptop resale value?


people have told me apple laptops have great resale value. if buy macpro $1400 today, how can sell 3 years later (assuming have original box , no dents in computer)? i'm thinking switching pc apple, i'm considering options , pros/cons.
 

macs have traditionally held value well, however, question can't realistically answered without knowing resale market in 3 years. go on ebay or craig's list , take @ prices macs 3 years old , compare asking price original selling price.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
