i'm running mac pro 5,1 velocity duo x2. card has 2 ssd on it, although 1 has bootable os--to more specific, 10.12.6 , windows 10 on separate partitions. before morning, able boot either os 0 issues, , run windows 10 on parallels in 10.12.6. morning, removed pcie cards routine cleaning. after returned way before, realized couldn't access windows in parallels, had stupidly signed free trial latest, expensive upgrade (and outside trial period). wanting go windows, decided boot directly there, greeted black screen, , black screen only. remained way @ least 20 minutes. 10.12.6, on other hand, worked had before. normally, when had booted windows off velocity duo x2, bios screen briefly appear, before windows' normal start-up kick gear. never saw sign of screen today. i've spent of day changing pci slots of cards, switching drives on velocity duo x2, booting off drives hard drive bays instead (windows works when drive placed in drive bay), ...

i have lots of weird issues on mac pro late 2013 since installing high sierra, , appear connected graphics cards or drivers (just 1st theory). have 2x dell 5k displays attached through dual thunderbolt cables. first issue had 1 of them consistently used 1 tb lane after booting, meaning 1 half of 5k image being stretched on entire screen- not nice @ all, got resolved through power down, unplug power, reboot. next issue: leaving machine doing something, displays went lowe saving mode, never turned on again afterwards. next issue: today during background file transfer, in order prevent aforementioned issue, turned power saving mode off , let screen saver on- happened screensaver froze! couldn’t move mouse anymore or somehow mac come showing moving image- force reboot. next up: encoded mov quicktime using hevc. @ end of encode got first ever kernel panic in 4 years! encoded 1 hevc adobe media encoded , same thing happened! files fine each time thou...

hi. stupidly moved whole bunch of old 2013 backup files trash, , cannot delete them. not on current time machine hd on internal drive within powermac. think may have been time machine initial backed to. use archiving (so can't delete current contents reformatting etc) 1. when try , delete/'empty trash' - starts preparing gives error message: 'the operation can't completed because unexpected error occurred (error code - 8003) 2. when try , 'secure empty' trash - starts preparing going few 1000s gives same error message above. 3. i've downloaded 'trashit' - nothing seems happen, not sure if worked or not... 4. tried using code in terminal - , entered said in thread: cd backupdrive\hd ls -a sudo... etc asks me password? computer password set @ nothing when password window comes press enter. when press enter within terminal incorrect password.... i'm not sure else be... 5. downloaded yet version...

i've had instability ios 11 on iphone 7+ every day, multiple times day, since installed ios 11 on launch day, end having restart phone resolve. has been case 11.0, 11.0.1 , 11.0.2. when phone becomes unstable: the network activity spinner in top left spins continuously. the settings app can't opened. if tap on settings, opens blank app template white empty screen , never renders ui. some other apps, randomly can't opened. might open launch screen or blank settings. if hit home button after opening 1 of these stuck apps, springboard comes fraction of second, app screen reanimates open fraction of second, springboard comes up. some apps open have long lag of 5-15 seconds before interface usable , interactive. some apps open , work normally. eventually, entire phone become unresponsive. finally, after being unresponsive time, phone have blank black screen spinner in middle spin continually. the way phone work after hard reboot holding do...
