dear apple users, bought used imac, late 2012, nvidia geforce gt 640m, i5-3335s ?, 8 gb ram, 1600 mhz, pc3-12800, 1tb hdd. fine 2 weeks until turned machine off night , when came office in morning , started it, happened: https://goo.gl/jatmed ( https://we.tl/smlbb1kkck ) first thing did called apple support , guy asked me perform different tests, including plugging imac out of socket and, after several minutes, plugging again. nothing worked , ended installing high sierra. this, however, did not work either. so, took machine , went certified technician launched imac and, 'dismay', fine! no artifacts, no lags, no black-and-white stripes on screen. told me perform tests took him 15 minutes. after took imac office, plugged in same socket - ok.... several minutes. then, thought - ok, maybe something's wrong socket , plugged machine different socket. in 'configuration' right several hours. device in use until 9 pm when put 'sleep

i have posted troubles in different ways 7+ (south dallas). 1 has virtually unusable phone if you're in building if there's no wifi? i've been in stores , restaurants no wifi (target, walmart, jasons deli example), , if leave lte on can't anything. once turn off lte, if 4g available, it's little better. still can't make calls though. it's getting frustrating. of t-mobile not use phones inside buildings? switched few weeks ago at&t t-mobile, isn't working out well. considering going at&t (will cheaper me since have dtv), , want try vz (will cost more though). things t-mobile (tuesdays, been working in car, @ home, pretty customer service far), feel can use phone in 2 places (home or car). while @ red light test lte speeds, , have been on 100mbps couple of times. once i'm inside building though forget it! feel phone unusable half time. other advice/tips appreciated!

hi guys, don’t post here. bought first imac 21.5” in 2009 , sold $150 wireless mouse , keyboard. lol! it’s in great shape , still working great, it’s getting slow video editing using filmora. last week, bought 27” imac 5k base model 1tb fusion drive. upgraded memory 24gig of ram . i’ve heard 24gig of ram ideal amount video editing base imac ram youtube tester. higher doesn’t benefit money. bought external samsung t5 500 gb ssd $197 ( not afford apple ssd 500gb- 1tb ssd right now.) formatted t5 new macos high sierra apfs , boot system external t5. i’m using trim app external ssd. here speed of samsung t5 via usb-c connection imac thunderbolt 3. use internal 1tb fusion drive storage. btw, have macos high sierra installed in fusion drive , converted remaining space apfs. although, don’t boot imac drive , fusion drive doesnt benefit new apfs. btw, love magic mouse , keyboard... here old 21.5 “ new 27” 5k unfortunately, haven't
