Thoughts on 38 inch LG curved monitor?


i wondering if had experience or thoughts lg 38 inch curved monitor 38uc99-w. looking around curved monitor usb-c 2017 macbook pro , came across this:

thoughts?
 

resolution low if you're looking similar pixel density- after working on macs, can't go back. slower charging well, apples , oranges. i'd invest in t3 if you're spending kind of money, purposes of expansion , raw capability.

i've struggled ultrawides (had 34"), after working on proper 4k or 5k display. use 55" 4k oled 4 feet away me , lg's ultrafine 27" on desk next mbp in studio audio work. it's when had friend buy 21" 1080p monitor didn't believe reasoning, until unboxed , returned immediately. they're worthless without proper resolution.

they're gorgeous, , stunning on desk, easy pass on. lg has had spectacular marketing , form factors. try , go store , compare "feel," in person , make decision based off of that.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
