my boss brought in daughter's mbpr telling me not turning on. first thing tried when got plug since not turn on green light on magsafe 2 charger not come on , tried on multiple outlets. suggested try find magsafe 2 charger try see if cause of problem, when came in today had bought new 1 , still not lighting or charging mbpr. suggestions on go here? try resolve problem without having take in repair. in advance. christopher   no power, no charging, no light on magsafe connector? and, no change different magsafe adapter? next step try replacing magsafe dc-in board. it's not difficult replace - https://www.ifixit.com/guide/macboo...te+2013+magsafe+dc-in+board+replacement/27312 ifixit sells both part, , tools might need on same page. if replacing dc-in board not fix problem, need replace logic board.   Forums
