Late 2013 MBPr 13" not starting up or charging


my boss brought in daughter's mbpr telling me not turning on. first thing tried when got plug since not turn on green light on magsafe 2 charger not come on , tried on multiple outlets. suggested try find magsafe 2 charger try see if cause of problem, when came in today had bought new 1 , still not lighting or charging mbpr. suggestions on go here? try resolve problem without having take in repair.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
