USB Super drive


does sell well? reason asking because presently have macbook pro mid 2012 unit built in super drive, when upgrade need buy external , may 2 years , want super drive available @ time. got plenty of dvd's & cd's have need dvd player. know @ church use imac because need play ministry related dvd's cant find on itunes or web (hence why have pay them).
 

you'd better (and save money) buying 3rd-party dvd/cd drive. panasonic, samsung, lg, etc. 1 doesn't require usb "y" cable (for power drive). samsung doesn't need one.

i don't consider apple "superdrive" worth money, , it's picky macs work with...

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
