How to Update Apple Profile?


i have macbook air; one macbook air. reason when call apple support on telephone, "computer-person" on other end of phone says "i see have 2 macbook airs. 1 calling about?" have asked "real person", when come on line, how correct this, far have gotten "i don't know"l. have either argue "computer-person" until "real person" comes phone, or give them serial number. while latter easiest, whole matter galls me! have idea how correct one's apple profile?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
