Weird Chronograph Complication Behavior


i have 2nd generation version 3.2 sw. following behavior chronograph faces:
when updating complications, new complication overwrites previous complication, until becomes jumbled mess. happens when changing or complications....but chronograph faces. did hard reset (which took 5 minutes boot-up!!!) on watch , phone, no luck!!! ideas? , received new @ christmas.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
