iPhone Instagram Videos stop playing


having issue latest instagram app videos stop playing after second or 2 , see big white replay icon. when click icon, tries load again forever , doesn't play @ all. things tried:

- delete , reinstall instagram app
- logout , log in again
- try on both wifi , lte
- restart iphone
- reset network settings

phone iphone 7 plus 256gb plenty of storage left. kinda sucks can't use instagram. can help?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
