i7 RMB overheating


hey all, i've been using i7 rmb lots of intense photoshop tasks lately , great when turboboost functional, sucks when gets hot. there cooling pad reccomended/how keeping rmb cool?
 

can give more details i7's behavior? throttling?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
