Full erase of CD-RW?


now sierra not support erasing cd-rws in disk utility, , erasing them via finder seems akin old quick erase, how do full or complete erase? command 'hdiutil burn -erase' in terminal seems quick erase.
 

tried -fullerase?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
