Adding GarageBand loops


i have computer @ work few garageband loops installed , @ home have on 4000 loops fx.
how download of apple loops available garageband?
in preferences, option isn't greyed out reinstall loop library. download available sounds option greyed out.
 

it's been little while, remember, open finder window , "drag" loops loop library tab , think that'll index them you.
