Set wrong build number


i have jailbroken ios 9.3.2 iphone 6s plus

pretty what's happened, tried download application ios 10 changing build version ios 10 when changed changed build version 13f72 ipad can't jailbroken, instead of 13f69 , phone stuck in unjailbroken state, have no way of re-jailbreaking or changing build version.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
