Is iPad mini 2 a 32-bit device?


i watched youtube video , there says @ 1:09 ipad mini 2 won't supported anymore…but um…it's not 32bit device or it?
 

nothing known @ moment, there's not 1 way or until apple covers (and tweak things in days far might or might not eligible and/or eligible devices might or might not get).

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
