Phantom/ghost icloud backup can't be deleted


hi

has else encountered problem device backup stuck in icloud can't deleted? references find related problems people has while running beta of ios9 (which thinking back, did briefly install). contacted apple support through twitter explaining problem , included these screen captures

1 web browsers on icloud.com shows there backup of 635.45 megabytes.

icloud settings on both iphone , ipad shows same usage

yet when go 'manage storage' there no backup listed me delete

same using icloud windows application (yes i'm on pc, gulp)

i've tried logging icloud on friends mac same result.

i've tried normal, logging out , etc.

conversation support on twitter seemed getting point across. asked me call take case further. when called, things didn't go well. once operator looked @ account, adamant there no backups in icloud account , 635.9 megabytes of usage taken contacts, calendars, notes etc. repeated several times showing backup kept saying "no sir, there no backup in account". in end had give going around in circles.

don't know do. try , find contact @ apple further might more knowledgeable these things? perhaps in icloud/ios beta team? (does here know of anyone?). create new apple account , lose purchases in process. doubt apple store deal , it's @ apples server end.

suggestions?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
