Factory Dent/ chip on MacBook Pro 15"


i ordered 2016 macbook pro 15" bhphotovideo last week, , excited when got afternoon , started on work. after un-boxed macbook, apple broke heart; can't believe freshly new macbook have dent/ chip on bottom (please see attached pictures below), , there many questions popped in mind; isn't macbook brand new? has gone through qc department?

purpose i'm opening thread check if of had issue before? besides that, want hear opinion guys if should exchange unit or keep it. since got bhphotovideo, means need send exchange, or can exchange unit in local apple store.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
