the alleged incident took place decade ago in hallway of new york city's cafe socialista restaurant, closed public night. weinstein had met reporter lauren sivan, news anchor on local nyc cable channel news 12 long island, earlier in night @ cipriani restaurant in manhattan, weinstein friends owner. later in evening, group relocated socialista, club in weinstein , cipriani's owner, giuseppe cipriani, investors.

once @ club, sivan tells huffpost, weinstein invited on tour of accompanying restaurant, cafe socialista, offer "reluctantly" agreed to. according report, sivan told friend accompanying if not within 10 minutes, come make sure ok.

weinstein led sivan kitchen of restaurant, closed @ time. there 2 staffers in kitchen, whom weinstein excused, leaving him alone sivan in small area outside kitchen. sivan claims weinstein attempted kiss her, @ point pulled away , told weinstein had boyfriend. weinstein reportedly answered saying, "well, can stand there , shut up," exposed himself, masturbated , ejaculated nearby potted plant. zipped pants , exited through kitchen.

sivan's friend, meanwhile, had attempted check on companion, agreed-upon 10-minute limit had expired. according sivan's accounts, friend stopped security when attempted go downstairs club check on sivan. when friend protested, allowed passage , met sivan , weinstein exiting kitchen. duo exited club abruptly, sivan recounting experience compatriot.

sivan claimed weinstein called @ office next day tell "had great time last night." invited sivan reconvene him when returned trip abroad, stated once more in relationship , ended call. claims has had no further contact weinstein since incident.

nice indeed if hollywood commented more on this, if show stand. he's done anyway. @ least, hr, considered biased, doesn't seem mind reporting these stories , accusations.
