Exporting videos taken in iphone in Mac results in large file size why?


hi, made videos (4-5 minutes each) in iphone.

downloaded these videos mac running sierra.

copied videos files finder , found 250-300 mb in size! why this?

when tried exporting vides lower res.. file size big. why happening , how can small sized video files in finder on mac? thanks!

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
