Any way to recover deleted files after I emptied the trash?


i accidentally deleted important files emptied trash. there way recover them? did search before posting , came few programs can it. wondering if work. worth paying program if works.
 

if files on non-encrypted hard disk (instead of ssd) might possible recover files. if files on ssd, pretty sol.

first thing shut down mac. can use 1 of many live linuxes out there try , recover deleted files. create bootable usb drive other machine , er... google how it. “linux recover deleted files” might give results want.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
