Restoring from backup


okay, not dense i'm having major trouble getting new phone set up! had 6s+ running beta , upgraded 7+ yesterday. start fresh , did yesterday, activated 7 new phone , installed beta. unfortunately @ moment in middle of massive migraine , simplest of tasks difficult. don't have time screw around getting phone set way , want install last backup yesterday , done it. in demonished neurological state right now, cannot life of me figure out how that! help!
 

bueler. bueler. anybody? kinda getting desperate, don't have time mess , it's stressing me out in current condition! not mention it's made watch vertically useless because can't restore either! help!!!!!

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
