iCloud Photo Library "Unlimited Updates" toggle


i installed ios 11 gm on iphone 7 plus , far good.

curious "unlimited updates" switch in photos cellular settings. says turning on may cause me exceed "quota". know how limits cellular data usage photos? it'd nice have photos upload on cellular while traveling, , having throttle in place prevent data plan usage great, phone doesn't how limits it.

i don't know answer question unlimited updates toggle mean can update icloud photo library cellular? before updated wifi, unless cellular toggle available in ios10 , wasn't aware.
