in forum saw note suggesting clean sensors. might fix erratic heart rate readings said.
tried using lens cleaner glasses. helped lot. still erratic no bad was. guess sweat affects , body oils build up.
 

or can use small amount of rubbing alcohol or microfiber cloth assist in cleaning it. heart rate sensor has been plenty dirty before, , works should.
