Charger just exploded?


what strange thing happen!

using mac , out of charging brick lit made , bang , stopped charging. unplugged it, absolutely no sign of damage smells of burning (must have been inside brick). won't charge @ all.

brick , wires , in perfect condition quite surprise happened!

contacting apple tomorrow evening , still under warranty, wondered if has ever happened else?

edit - upon closer inspection, 1 of pins damaged / burnt.
 

going last comment, it’s magsafe power cord , not usb-c?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
