my imac cant reinstal


so yesterday @ midnight indonesian time got email apple apple id reset
away imac, in office android phone , imac @ home

reset apple id password phone, after got new email tell me apple id used sign in icloud via web browser. run reset password again, , press reset password link in email apple sent me

after got new email telling me apple id's information has been updated rescue email address i'm not make it
since cannot log in apple id, password combination try failed, , everytime try reset apple id email sent rescue email dont know email that

@ morning new email of find iphone, got new email again rescue email updated again

home @ 8 try turn on imac , lock code screen show up, dont know code since never set any, try several code ussually use nothing work,
new email come telling me imac erasing proccess started

, now, imac screen show macos utility page contain 4 option, time machine recovery dont have backup,
second reinstall macos, try , no hard drive showing except locked recovery hd, in disk utility option can find hd
cant reinstall imac

can please issue?

it sounds me victim of phishing attack.

if cannot reset/unlock account, can try contact apple support.

reinstalling macos, try create usb installer if have access mac.

in future, highly recommend ignoring (and marking junk) mail receive advising apple id reset if didn't yourself.

backing data essential in day , age.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
