Looking to get used Macbook Pro. Mid-2012?


hey, looking used macbook pro still decent. seems 9,1 or 9,2 mid 2012s last had user replaceable ram , components hard drives , optical disks swapped out ssds going on 5 years old , seems logic boards fail on them lot? newer models parts soldered board?
 

2012s 13"s reliable , cheap due market saturation.

make aware real issue them hdd sata cables. they're unreliable may have performance and/or boot issues after fitting ssd or trying install os. if do, don't panic! apple have silent repair program cables, take apple store/aasp , they'll replace cable free.

other that, i've found they're real solid trucker , extremely value on used market.

new 2016 mbps have soldered parts. ssds removable in 2015s/earlier, they're not user replaceable in apple's eyes.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
