What does speed requirement for ATV 4k mean?


where live fastest internet speed available tops out @ 18mbps. when test speed it's 14mbps-16mps. drops below 14mbps. 15mbps being requirement apple tv 4k, mean if buy apple tv 4k won't allow me stream in 4k because speed slow?
 

as far can see, dynamically adapt content available bandwidth, can watch movie minimum disruptions @ network conditions.
applies itunes store streamed content. how netflix et al behave, not know.
