Turned on iCloud photo sharing, photos disappeared?


i setting new ipad, went well. openen photos app. saw photos (probably synced) , photos asked me if photo sharing should turned on. turned on, photos disappeared. logged in on icloud.com , there not see ant photo either. going on? doing wrong?
made backup of iphone know photos somewhere. don't dare open photos on iphone i'm afraid photos disappear there well.
 

i guess got confused because saw photos on new ipad (exactly on iphone), , got popup asking me if want turn on icloud photo sharing. photos gone.

going take steps again make sure didn't miss something. @ least photos still on iphone , made fresh itunes backup of iphone make sure don't loose them.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
