Disaster with itunes 12.7 and iPhone 8


i restored new iphone 8 backup of iphone 6s-already ios 11 . itunes 12.7 :eek: doesn't want recognize iphone 8 , every time asking : "do want set new iphone or restore backup?"

restored few times still i cannot put ringtones on disgraced new iphone , music playlists either. :(
app store on iphone kept crashing every time looking download purchased , tried use configurator works fine apps not music , tones

idea how circumvent issue? cannot return because live in canada , bought in states, because if have returned already. not impressed @ everything!:confused:
 

click set new. if set on phone you're telling itunes "this new device, don't want restored last state of old one".

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
