Date Modified MetaData for one file changing randomly


all,

have 1 file date modified , date last opened metadata changes @ random intervals. file photo library associated photo app not marked system library. ideas how track down figure out going on? use console?
 

i'm thinking bug hard say.

file sharing off
permission file locked down me , deny.
antivirus installed , no viruses.
filevault enabled.
screensaver password on wake enabled.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
