Webhost recommendations?


after horrible customer service current web host major issue, find myself in market new web host.

curious if there decent ones recommended, or ones should avoid?
 

what hosting? i.e., static site, kind of cms, custom app (if so, language/framework/services need)?

Runing steam account from external ssd in bootcamp, is there a way to make it invisble when in osx?
