UPS tracking problem


hi everyone. have problem ups delivery , i'm not sure normal situation.
new macbook pro cto order in ups germany warehouse 4 days now.
est. delivery date last friday not delivered.
final destination uk but.. seems still held in warehouse...
experienced kind of problem before?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
