hey guys, have 2011 mbp i7, ssd, 16gb of ram. it's still plenty powerful occasional needs.
gpu died. apple replaced entire logic board, gave me new battery. sweet!
got , month later wifi died. apple told me piss off if wanted else free. told me if wanted wifi work i'd need whole new logic board $700.

in comments in link supplied, looks several of posters couldn't replacement wi-fi card work. buyer beware. there's comment starts "i replaced" poster said tightening things made card work again. don't know if apple have taken old wi-fi card , used in replacement motherboard. if know original wi-fi mac address was, compare have now. weren't careful in replacing wi-fi card checking connections may , looks there's quite few connection points worry about. in case, might want check before buying replacement.
