iPhone Upgrade Program trade in kit


i received iphone 8+ on launch day still haven't received trade in kit old iphone. apple's website says supposed delivered yesterday fedex tracking says "label created". tried contacting apple support , got hung on 4 separate times. can return phone apple store? don't want liable pay loan on phone when i'm not using , want return unable to.

edit--just checked online tracking , shipped. should here friday.
 

i got 8+ on launch day , received kit on teusday 9/26. gave fedex today. call them have them send out. don't think stores setup iup returns year.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
