text message forwarding not working on 10.3.1


guys have tried reseting settings, logging out , in of icloud making sure number , apple id toggled. else can do?!
 

ive resolved before logging out of devices on facetime , imessage, logging in on iphone, other devices.

if worked has rexo.ved me...
